4th Class: For 4 years of Faithful Service = Bronze
3rd Class: For 12 years of Faithful Service = Silver
2nd Class: For 18 years of Faithful Service = Silver with badge on the ribbon
1st Class: For 25 years of Faithful Service = Gold
